Project Experiences

Embarking upon my transition to a professional managerial career in the construction industry, I began studying Construction Management part-time at UniSA in 2021 and I am currently dividing my time between that and working fulltime as a carpenter on the Queen’s Wharf project in the Brisbane CBD. Given my lengthy practical experience in construction, when I finish my academic studies I will be well a well-rounded, knowledgeable and highly sought after Construction/Project manager and mentor.

The scale of the projects I’ve been involved in ranges from small residential housing renovations to multi-billion resource projects. My approximately 17 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction in both mining and non-mining environments means that I am proficient in the safe operation of various machinery, tools, and equipment.

I am accustomed to working away from home for long periods, working 28:7 FIFO rosters over a number of years in environments both above ground and below ground, for a wide range of resource projects, such as LNG, coal, iron ore, uranium, copper, silver, and gold.
